Programs for the annual dinner of the Society and meeting minutes 1851-1995.

Consists of minutes and menu-programs for the annual dinner of the Shakspere Society of Philadelphia along with assorted correspondence and publications. Each program contains appropriate quotations from the play or plays that the Society had read during the previous winter. The dinner was held in late April every year, since 26 April is celebrated as Shakespeare's birthday and 25 April is commemorated as the day of his death. The minutes range from 1851-1995. The minutes from 1941-1995 also contain related materials such as photographs and internal correspondence. Collection consists of 15 boxes, 60 folders.
